How is eyko licensed?

eyko is a quarterly or annual subscription service. Each subscription plan offers the same great functionality, so the price only varies based on the deployment size that's best suited to your needs. 

What are eyko Solutions?

 

eyko Solutions are industry or application specific solutions that have been built on the eyko Platform. They will typically include a restricted use license of the eyko Platform tailored to the needs of the solution. eyko Solutions are typically priced at a discount to the eyko Platform prices, sometimes by as much as 50%. Customers can move from eyko Solutions pricing to eyko Platform pricing just by paying an upgrade fee.

How do I know which edition is right for me?

A few factors determine the most appropriate plan:

  1. How many sources do you want to blend?
  2. What volume of data do you want to process?
  3. How many people will need access to the eyko platform?  
Is it possible to trial the software before purchasing it?

We offer a free 14-day trial of the software, during which an eyko concierge will be on hand to answer any questions you have. You can sign up for a paid plan at any point during the trial to keep your account active. We delete inactive accounts five days after the end of the trial period.

What happens if I don't know how much data I will need?

We understand that measuring consumption in this way might be new to you, so we operate a fair use policy. This policy means you pick the edition and data plan that feels right for you. If you exceed the data allowance for your chosen plan, we will not interrupt your use of the platform. However, if you repeatedly breach the allowance, we request that you increase your data plan.

Can I increase my data plan?

Yes. If you are happy with your current plan's existing number of sources and users, you can add another data block to your subscription. However, if the number of sources or users is likely to grow, you might find it cheaper to move to another plan with greater data capacity.

What if the available plans don't meet my needs?

We can configure a custom plan just for you. Typically, this is to meet needs that exceed the capacity of our Enterprise plan. However, certain circumstances may require a specific need, which we are happy to discuss.

Can I pay monthly?

No. We offer quarterly or annual subscriptions, with payment at the start of the subscription.

Can I subscribe for more than a year, and if so, is there a discount available for doing so?

Yes. Multi-year subscriptions are available, with discounts available based on the duration of the term.

Do I get the same support regardless of the edition I purchase?

Yes. As an eyko customer, you will have access to in-app and online support. You will also have an assigned eyko concierge who will be on hand to ensure that you get the maximum return from your eyko investment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but there are no refunds on any unused portion of the subscription.
